Paid Social is one of our central growth drivers for new customer acquisition. As Senior Performance Marketing Manager:, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our Meta activities and drive the expansion of TikTok as an additional performance channel forward.

• Responsibility for planning, steering, and scaling our paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Building and scaling TikTok as an additional performance channel
• Analyzing campaign-, target group-, and creative-performance along defined KPIs, as well as deriving concrete optimization measures
• Developing and implementing testing approaches for creatives, audiences, and conversion optimization
• Identifying new scalability levers, automations, and platform features
• Responsibility for tracking- and signal-setups in collaboration with our analytics- and tech-teams
• Safeguarding transparent reporting and data-based recommendations
• Building and further developing programmatic advertising through the DSP Active Agent
• Closely collaborating with CRM-, brand-, analytics-, and steering-teams to develop our paid-acquisition strategy

Requirements

• You are a true Paid Social pro with several years of professional experience and have successfully worked in modern, agile, and collaborative environments.

• Performance-oriented working style and results are part of your professional DNA.

• Your analytical skills are strongly developed, data-based decisions guide your actions, and corresponding derivations follow.

• You love challenges and approach them with a lot of self-initiative, conscientiousness, and structured approach.

• You are an absolute team player and score with curiosity, communication strength, and a healthy dose of humor.
