As a (Senior) Paid Social Marketing Manager (w/m/x), you will be part of our Marketing team, which we are currently expanding to 6 people, and report to our Head of Marketing. This position is being created due to the establishment of dedicated paid social expertise with a stronger focus on creative strategy, testing, and scaling. What makes us as a team special: Fast implementation instead of long approval loops, short decision-making paths, and plenty of room to try out and directly implement new ideas, formats, and AI tools.

Your Mission

• Paid Acquisition Strategy: Responsibility for the paid social strategy with a focus on Meta, including the development of further channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube), budget allocation, and scaling plans
• Campaign & Funnel Optimization: Development, management, and continuous optimization of campaigns (targeting, bidding, placements) as well as testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages along the entire funnel — with a clear focus on profitable customer acquisition and lead quality.
• Creative Strategy & Testing: Development of a structured creative testing roadmap – from hook ideation and concept testing to scaling successful creatives, supported by AI tools to accelerate research and variant development
• UGC & Creator Strategy: Development and management of the UGC approach – from creator selection and briefings to the integration of high-performing assets into campaigns
• Performance Analytics: Analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g., CAC, conversion rate, CTR) and derivation of data-based optimizations along the entire funnel

Your Talent

• Several years of experience in paid social marketing, ideally in the e-commerce or D2C environment.
• Proven experience in independently building and scaling profitable paid social channels – with in-depth expertise in Meta Ads and at least one other channel.
• Strong full-funnel and growth mindset: You think holistically from hook and creative to conversion, contribute your own hypotheses, and optimize continuously.
• Sound understanding of creative strategy, advertising psychology, tracking, and attribution (e.g., Pixel, CAPI, GA4).
• Experience using AI to accelerate creative research, variant development, and marketing workflows.
• Social media native with a deep understanding of current formats and trends on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a high degree of personal responsibility
• A structured, solution-oriented approach with which you think through problems independently from identification to implementation
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
