(Senior) Paid Social Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

You will actively build up the Paid Social department, combining business development, sales, and account management in one role. Your goal: to successfully further develop social marketing as a scalable business area and ensure long-term success for clients.

Your Daily Business

• Building and further developing the Paid Social department
• Acquiring new clients through inbound, outbound, and referrals
• Developing individual campaign and growth strategies based on client goals
• Consulting and conducting sales conversations
• Developing, building, and scaling paid social campaigns for various clients and industries
• Strategic consulting for clients, primarily in the Meta ecosystem
• Analyzing and optimizing campaigns
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell potentials
• Collaborating with Sales, CSM, and Performance teams

Qualifications

What makes you stand out

• You haven't just managed social media channels, but have developed, built, and optimized paid social campaigns, understanding how different strategies contribute to different business models and target groups
• Education or degree related to online marketing
• Several years of practical experience in building and managing paid social accounts from an agency or consulting perspective (Meta, other platforms are a plus)
• Experience in strategic client consulting and professional support of sales or pitch processes
• Experience in developing and managing campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial thinking and data-driven work approach
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, for successful communication with colleagues and clients
• Nice to have: Experience in personnel management and enthusiasm for digital products
