The role
You must have 5+ years experience running Meta and Google ads as a media buyer.

You will own all paid acquisition across Meta and Google. You handle strategy, build campaigns, optimise aggressively, and deliver results. You will work directly with the founder. No middle managers. No endless meetings. You must be strong at both thinking and doing.

What you will do

Plan and execute Meta and Google campaigns for lead generation

Manage budgets daily and optimise for cost per consultation

Write high converting ad copy

Suggest landing page improvements with a CRO mindset

Collaborate with our Patient Booking Specialist to improve lead quality

Analyse and report performance weekly

Set up tracking across Meta, GA4 and GTM

Launch fast, test fast, iterate fast

Take full ownership of performance

Bring ideas without waiting for permission

Requirements

Proven track record running Meta and Google ads for service businesses

Strong English

Strong analytical skills

Solid understanding of retargeting, attribution and tracking

Lead generation experience

Ability to work independently

Stable internet and quiet workspace

Nice to have

Dental, medical or high ticket services experience

CRO skills

Creative direction for ad visuals
