Job description

Own your week, shape your service, and lead your way. Step into a senior leadership role with genuine autonomy over caseload design, team direction and how you deliver care.
  • $120K+ super with company car post-probation and generous flexibility
  • Lead with autonomy: reduced caseload, clear decision-making scope, strong admin backup
  • Exclusive community partnerships across schools and services + hybrid work
About the Role Join a leading paediatric provider in the ACT as Team Leader. You’ll set clinical standards, mentor clinicians, and manage a tailored paediatric caseload (0–18 years) with the freedom to design programs, innovate practice, and choose the mix of clinic and mobile work that suits you.
What’s on Offer
  • From $120,000 + super (company car after 3-month probation)
  • Flexible hours & hybrid work to suit personal/family needs
  • Reduced caseload to prioritise leadership, coaching and service development
  • Structured bonus: earn 50% of billings above targets (when achieved consecutively)
  • Tools provided: laptop, phone, iPad and AI note-taking/reporting to cut admin
  • Generous PD with structured supervision and leadership development
About the Practice
  • 30+ years’ paediatric OT, clinician-led and values-driven
  • Multidisciplinary support: AHAs + 3-person admin team
  • NDIS-primary caseload (~90%) plus CYPS, iCare and private referrals
  • Therapy across assistive tech and home mods, clinic and community
  • Exclusive partnerships with schools and services; active student program with three universities
Why You’ll Love It (Autonomy First)
  • Set the pace: design your diary, streamline workflows, and choose priorities
  • Make big decisions with backing from an experienced Director and capable admin
  • Lead change: lift outcomes, mentor the team, and shape strategic growth—without sacrificing balance
What You’ll Bring
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with strong paediatric experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening & National Police Check
  • Confident communicator who enjoys independent decision-making and team leadership
  • Comfortable balancing clinical and non-clinical responsibilities
