Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Preposto Reparto Confezionamento Stagionati to be inserted into the production team that can coordinate daily activities, guide the operational team, and ensure compliance with quality and sanitary standards in the packaging of our aged salumi. Main responsibilities - Management and operational coordination of the salumi stagionati packaging department (raw prosciutto, cups, etc.). - Organization of shifts and assignment of activities to the department personnel. - Supervision of correct packaging (vacuum, atm, wrapping, labeling). - Verification of conformity of packaged products to company and regulatory standards (HACCP, BRC, IFS). - Monitoring of efficiency of packaging lines and facilities. - Collaboration with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments. - Compilation of production reports and traceability. “ Requirements - Previous experience in similar roles in the food sector (preferably aged salumi). - Knowledge of food packaging techniques and sanitary regulations (HACCP). - Knowledge of at least moderate Italian language. - Leadership, organization, and operational problem-solving skills. - Good relational skills and teamwork attitude. - Availability to work on shifts. - Preferable possession of a technical diploma (agrarian, alimentary, industrial, or related).
