Job description
Responsibilities: Network Analysis: Conduct deep-dive sessions with factory teams to identify IDS network monitoring points and recommend network optimization. Documentation & Mapping: Gather requirements (BRD, FRD, NFR) and create current/future state network diagrams (High & Low Level). Deployment Support: Partner with the Project Manager, SOC, and IT/OT teams to drive global rollout and adoption. Bridge the Gap: Translate complex, technical network concepts into clear business requirements. What You Need (Must Have): 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Security or Infrastructure projects. Strong familiarity with IT and OT infrastructure (connectivity, manufacturing environments). Network knowledge at a CCNA level (understanding network traffic and topologies). Proven ability to document workflows, processes, and technical diagrams. Fluent English (C1) for daily international collaboration. Nice to Have: Proficiency with Power BI and data modeling.
