Role: Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant

Experience: 12+ Year

Shift Time: 2PM to 11PM

Location: Pune (Work from office)

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Pricing and Order Management.
• Proven experience in configuration and implementation of Pricing and Order Management.
• Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Experience working with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud version/releases.
• Strong understanding of integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Ability to lead teams and establish Oracle Fusion processes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Oracle Fusion practice setup/building.
• Oracle Fusion certification is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain environments is an advantage.
• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and establish the Oracle Fusion practice, including solution standards, implementation methodology, and best practices.
• Provide functional and technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Drive Pricing and Order Management configuration, implementation, and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide guidance to consultants and build internal Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and capabilities and recommend relevant enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimations, and proposals when required.
