(Senior) Oracle Data Warehouse / BI Developer (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

As a (Senior) Oracle Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Developer (m/f/d), you will design powerful BI solutions, from data modeling according to Data Vault principles and integration with ODI to the provision of analyses with OBIEE or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). You will contribute your expertise in software architecture and modern BI-specific analysis methods to translate business requirements into stable, meaningful, and future-proof data solutions.

Your tasks:

• Requirements analysis and specification of business and technical requirements in the BI and Data Warehouse environment

• Software design and data modeling according to Data Vault principles

• Software implementation of integration pipelines with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

• Development and provision of reports and dashboards with OBIEE or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)

• Creation and design of user interfaces (UI) for analysis and reporting applications

• Use of BI-specific analysis methods, such as data mining, analytical SQL, and Python or R

• Quality assurance and documentation of the developed data models, pipelines, and applications

• Co-design and further development of the software architecture at a senior level

• Proactive and independent familiarization with project and process structures

WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO US

• Several years of experience with OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)

• Knowledge in Data Vault data modeling

• Experience with BI-specific analysis methods such as data mining, analytical SQL, Python, or R

• Practical experience in development with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

• Proficient use of SQL Developer or PL/SQL Developer and GIT

• Proactive and independent work style, as well as good argumentation and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to independently familiarize yourself with project and process structures

• Very good German language skills at C1 level and English at conversational level

• Willingness to attend regular on-site appointments with a remote share of approximately 80%

• Very good German language skills (C1 level) and good English language skills
