Senior/ Optometrist

Job Responsibilities: Perform smooth running of daily operations and maintain a clean and safe environment for the patients Ensure all patients are attended pro-actively in terms of clinical care, administrative and customer services Assist doctor during patient consultation - anticipate needs and follow through doctor's orders promptly and accurately Assess patients' eyes of all ages to detect signs of injury or vision abnormality Examine, diagnose and prescribe glasses and contact lenses Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatment plans Participate in quality control activities and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current trends and developments in optometry Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as needed
