Provide expert guidance on frame selection, lens options, and other related matters. Conduct eye exams and provide prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses. Perform optical measurements and adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the eyewear industry. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field. 5+ years of experience as an optician/optometrist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Certification as an optician/optometrist (if applicable).
