Job description
Lumilens Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Active Alignment Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process development for photonic products from prototype to volume production. You will define process parameters, qualifications, and transfer processes to internal factories or contract manufacturers.
You will plan DOE, characterize processes, optimize yield, and drive cost reductions while collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers. 5+ years in optical alignment is required.
