Senior Operations Manager - Eswatini / Swaziland Purpose of the role: Reporting to the General Manager, the overall purpose of this position is to manage several operations covering the following key areas: client liaison, HR/IR matters, fleet management, expenses control, investigations, and ensuring the posting of Security officers. All site security requirements must be adhered to, and the Client’s needs must be efficiently and professionally met at all times. Minimum Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years of experience in Operations Management, 3 years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Manage and coordinate the HR/IR function, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Oversee the management of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and utilized. Manage and control expenses, ensuring all costs are properly accounted for and budgeted. Conduct investigations and ensure all site security requirements are met. Ensure the posting of Security officers and manage the overall security of the site.
