Senior Operations Manager - Outbound Retentions

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You’ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service – all while leading and developing a high-performance team. What You’ll Do Lead operational strategy to meet and exceed campaign goals and objectives, ensuring seamless integration with sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve operational performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, recognizing and rewarding team members for their contributions. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the BPO or sales industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving efficiency, and delivering outstanding client service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team. Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance metrics is a plus.
