As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and employees.

What awaits you

• Value Stream Analysis: You will lead value stream analyses to determine the current state of processes, analyze value-adding and non-value-adding activities, and develop plans for the target state to drive process improvements.
• Project Work: You will develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase the overall efficiency of processes within value streams.
• Data Analysis: With strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, you will identify and resolve process issues.
• Change Management: You will foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying Lean methodologies, moderating problem-solving workshops, and empowering cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements themselves.
• Team Leadership: With natural leadership qualities, you will promote bottom-up engagement and daily involvement of production sites and employees to drive Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Improvement: You will demonstrate a consistent commitment to the 5S principles (Cleanliness, Organization, etc.) and bring experience in training, coaching, and implementing these improvement standards.
• Shift Leadership: Once a week, you will take on shift leadership with 100+ employees to stay close to our operations.

What you bring

• A completed university degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of experience in large warehouse operations, preferably in automation.
• Hands-on experience in Lean Management and/or Value Stream Design, including relevant certifications.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in using data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel.
• A hands-on mentality that puts ideas into action and leads by example to foster success.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
