As Operations Manager, you drive the continuous improvement of our processes forward, connect strategic thinking with operational implementation, and create sustainable structures for further growth. You work cross-functionally on optimizing our core processes and ensure that operational excellence is lived in daily business.

For our Hamburg office, we are therefore looking for a (Senior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) as of now.

Your Tasks

  • Analyze, optimize, document, and scale our end-to-end business processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and growth.
  • Steer and coordinate interdepartmental initiatives between Finance, Buying, Sales, Logistics, Tech, and other teams.
  • Lead operational relevant projects, especially tool introductions and system implementations – from conception to successful integration into daily operations (including change management).
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and develop practical, implementable solutions.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze relevant KPIs, derive concrete measures, and create reports.
  • Support forecasts and capacity planning.

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Operations Management, Process Management, or a comparable role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Process, or Project Management, or a comparable field.
  • Very good understanding of end-to-end processes and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven successes in:
  • Leading interdepartmental projects
  • Tool and system implementations
  • Process optimization and KPI steering
  • Scaling business models
  • Above-average analytical thinking, structured working style, and high problem-solving competence.
  • Fluent English skills in writing and speaking (German skills are optional).
  • Familiarity with common tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software)
  • Knowledge of ERP-, CRM-, or warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and BI tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on mentality, high self-responsibility, and the ability to set priorities and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
