VREY combines certified measurement station operations with its own software and enables property owners to sell their self-generated solar power directly to their tenants – simply and without becoming an energy supplier (§42b EnWG).

Aufgaben

Mission der Rolle
You are responsible for the operational implementation of our energy projects in multi-family homes - from signed contract to successful go-live.

Your goal: Bring projects quickly, regulatorily sound and scalable live - and develop a sustainable operating model for hundreds of projects per year.

1. End-to-End Umsetzung von Energieprojekten

• You bring projects from contract signing to go-live and are responsible for timely commissioning and error-free system representation
• You manage installers, network operators, and internal teams independently
• You ensure regulatorily sound implementation (e.g. §42b EnWG, MSB processes)

2. Aufbau skalierbarer Energy Operations

• You develop standardized project structures and clear handover processes
• You reduce operational complexity as the project volume grows
• You establish a repeatable rollout model for several hundred projects per year

3. Prozess- & Systemarchitektur

• You translate energy industry requirements into stable measurement, balancing, and settlement processes
• You identify bottlenecks, track operational KPIs, and implement concrete improvement measures
• You automate recurring workflows and increase scalability and quality

Qualifikation

• You have already gained experience in Consulting (Tier 1/Tier 2), High-Growth Start-ups (ideally Operations or Process Optimization), or Project Management
• You have a completed degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as e.g. economics or business administration
• You think entrepreneurially, make independent decisions, and set clear priorities with a view to impact, scalability, and long-term company success
• You bring an outstanding interest in start-ups, energy, or real estate
• You are looking for a job that is not 9-to-5, but wants to take on responsibility in a fast-paced, founder-like environment, build structures, and actively shape growth
• You strive to become the best version of yourself and seek environments where you can fully develop your potential
• You are willing to relocate to Berlin - our office is our home base
• You speak German and English fluently
