Senior/ Operations Executive (Product Quality, Pharma)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage production operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Oversee the day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Manage a team of production staff and ensure efficient and timely production processes. Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of new processes and procedures. Identify and mitigate risks associated with production operations. Ensure effective communication and coordination with external partners, suppliers, and customers. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including production volume, quality, and efficiency metrics.
