Senior Operations Analyst

Professional with extensive experience in optimizing operations through continuous process improvement, intelligent automation, and strategic application of artificial intelligence technologies.

Activities:

• Participation in quality improvement plans such as Quality Walk, Focus Meetings on Quality, Root Cause Analysis activities, mapping and redesigning Operational Excellence programs.
• Application of AI for predictive analysis, data classification, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Automating processes, including continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) of the same, creating different strategies to speed them up and achieve deliveries in short time.
• Operational data analysis for decision-making and implementation of KPIs and operational dashboards,
• Documentation of processes and generation of operational manuals
• Reducing 30% of operational times through key process automations.
• Providing expert advice to the BAU team on difficult queries, ensuring that sufficient alternative solutions or tests are conducted before scaling up to the Enablement team.
• Project management skills: ability to precisely define project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
• Maintaining a close relationship with Enablement and Operations leaders to ensure quality standards and delivery meet or exceed expectations, along with high levels of customer satisfaction with product content.
