About the Role: The Senior Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of operational excellence initiatives across Boldr. This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and enhancing operational efficiency to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, project management, and data analysis, with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do: * Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues. * Develop and implement operational excellence strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with business objectives. * Conduct process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and others. * Design, develop, and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices across various departments. * Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, and generate insights to inform decision-making. * Lead and manage projects to drive process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and track progress against goals. * Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members on operational excellence principles and methodologies. * Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, communication, and support for operational excellence initiatives. * Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence and process improvement. What You’ll Need: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related role. * Proven experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional teams to achieve results. * Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and others. * Experience in conducting process assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. * Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. * Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Nice to Have: * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt). * Experience in a BPO or service-based environment. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
