Job Description. Provide tier 3 support to Customer Service Support in addressing customer’s issues and trouble tickets. Work with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNEs), and Business Support System (BSS) vendors, to resolve any customer issues.
