Senior Operation Engineer

Job Summary Evalueserve is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to own and maintain the firm's reference data and operational technology infrastructure. This role will focus on managing security master workflows, identifier harmonization, and operational data integrity in close partnership with fund accounting and operations teams. This role will also support broader operational technology initiatives across Finance, Compliance, and other business functions. The ideal candidate has deep references to Evalueserve's systems and processes, as well as experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure. He/she must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain high levels of quality and accuracy. He/she must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
