Our mission at HEY HOLY: Elevate canine health through nutrition to a new level. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we set out to develop species-specific, functional feed – developed with veterinarians and aimed at enabling every dog to live a long, healthy life.

What started as an idea in 2022 has today become a strong-growing DTC subscription model with over 20,000 dogs served. Our 20-person team is expected to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – now is the perfect time to join.

Our online channel is our core – data-driven, performance-oriented, and central to our growth. But reach alone isn't enough: Only a convincing digital experience converts visitors into genuine customers.

Aufgaben

• You take responsibility for the customer journey from landing page or PDP – recognize friction points before our customers do, and solve them together with design and devs
• You find and prioritize data-based optimization opportunities in the entire shop – everything that boosts conversion, retention, or ARPU goes on your list (and then into live testing)
• You develop, test, and analyze A/B experiments – whether it's copy, layout, or flow: You want to know what works – not just believe
• You have our eCom KPIs at your fingertips – and in sight: Conversion Rate, ARPU, Retention & Co. are for you not only metrics but your playground for real business results
• You lead our eCom team with structure and ambition, build clear processes, prepare us for scaling – and develop the team long-term

Qualifikation

• You have 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally at a D2C brand – and know how to deliver growth
• You're familiar with Shopify like others are with Google Docs – and feel just as comfortable with A/B testing tools, page builders, Clickfunnels, and web analytics (GA4, Hotjar & Co.)
• You bring hands-on mentality and maker spirit – you don't wait around, but take action when you see a problem
• You have first leadership experience under your belt – and can coordinate people not just to get things done, but really move them forward
• You have a desire for tempo, responsibility, and ownership – you want to shape, move, improve – not just follow along
