(Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) who brings excellent experience in the Meta Ads area.

Become part of an established digital agency in recruiting that guarantees growth to our customers. We develop tailored recruiting strategies and take over the pre-interviews with applicants, so that customers can focus on their core business.

Tasks

• As (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you are the first point of contact for ongoing campaigns and META-Ads
• Create and optimize META-Ads campaigns
• You keep an overview of all campaigns and are project manager (m/w/d)
• You build the interface to internal photo/video editors, key account managers, and the recruiting department to ensure optimal quality of incoming applications
• Responsibility for creating campaign reports
• Ongoing monitoring of running ads
• Taking over funnel building and copywriting tasks
• You make data-based decisions

Qualification

• A successful completed education or study in the field of (Online-) Marketing or comparable qualifications / lateral entrants with a solid professional experience are welcome
• In-depth knowledge in the area of META Ads & Social Media Management
• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager
• First experiences in the area of copywriting and creative creation are a plus
• You are characterized by your open, communicative, and approachable nature
• You have a desire to get involved, take responsibility, and delve into new areas
