Senior Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - hybrid in NRW

Your Tasks

• SEO (including GEO): Independent development and implementation of our SEO strategy. This includes classical on-page/off-page, technical SEO, and generative engine optimization (GEO) for LLMs. Lead complex SEO projects like platform migrations, including the retention and expansion of important backlink and ranking values.
• SEA & Performance Marketing: Control our SEA channels, including keyword strategy, budget planning, and performance optimization – with a clear focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.
• Definition and prioritization of test roadmaps, including statistically sound A/B tests, sample sizes, uplift analyses, and time management.
• Tech implementation and optimization of WordPress, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS adjustments in collaboration with developers.
• Protecting and expanding our SEO values during migrations without risking existing rankings.
• PRACTICAL, SOLUTION-ORIENTED WORKSTYLE: You recognize blockages early on, find practical solutions, and drive projects forward.
• BALANCE BETWEEN SPEED AND THOROUGHNESS: You act quickly without compromising statistical validity or quality.
• TEAM AND KNOWLEDGE FOSTERING: You share experiences, foster others, and contribute to a lean marketing culture.

Your Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in online marketing, preferably with b2b marketing.
• Fundamental expertise in SEO and/or SEA – dual expertise is a plus.
• Tech understanding for WordPress, Google Tag Manager, and basic knowledge in HTML/CSS.
• SEO know-how on senior level: Site structure, landing pages, content strategies, internal/external linking, performance optimization (speed/mobile) and understanding central ranking factors.
• SEA competence in keyword strategy, budget planning, and performance evaluation.
• Safe handling of data and statistics – confidence intervals, uplift calculations, sample sizes, and test duration trade-offs are familiar to you.
• DECISION-MAKING STRENGTH AND PRACTICALISM: You prioritize MVPs, assess risks, and act quickly without sacrificing statistical cleanliness.
• German on a native level and good English skills.
