Tasks
These tasks await you at our company…
- You are responsible for the comprehensive online strategy (SEO/GEO/SEA), which also includes digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with a focus on measurable growth.
- You implement and optimize KI-based marketing automation processes (e.g. via Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to continuously improve lead quality.
- You maximize the performance of our web assets through data-driven analyses, A/B testing, and CRO measures, working closely with Sales.
- You develop complex lead nurturing tracks and bridge the gap between marketing traffic and sales success.
- You evaluate trends like AI Search Optimization and proactively integrate these into our marketing mix.
- You enjoy accompanying complex projects (including virtual events) from vision to tracking to reporting.
Qualification
- You have extensive (5+ years) professional experience in online marketing management, ideally in the B2B or IT sector.
- You possess deep knowledge of a lead management tool, Google Ads, and modern automation tools.
