About the Role
You’ll be the primary onsite contact for all technical support activities in a warehouse environment. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee the installation and commissioning of workstations, printers and supporting tech, maintain the asset register, and assist with the transition of equipment from the existing site to the new facility. You’ll also manage onsite Ivanti tickets, provide first-line incident triage, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the installation and commissioning of onsite tech including workstations, printers and peripherals, while maintaining an accurate asset register and assisting with the transition of equipment from the existing site to the new DC. The role includes onsite Ivanti ticket triage, incident diagnosis and escalation, application support, and ensuring all work is properly documented. You’ll also liaise with suppliers, tech teams and onsite stakeholders, manage routine support requests, and contribute to configuration management activities to keep records accurate and up to date.

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experience in technical support within warehouse/DC, logistics or enterprise environments
- Strong troubleshooting, installation and incident management across Windows OS (L1/L2)
- Hands-on with workstations, printers, peripherals, handheld scanners and label printers
- Device management using Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and support
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, LAN/WAN)
- Experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti, Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and asset records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication with suppliers, vendors, teams and end users
- Comfortable working independently onsite and managing incidents end-to-end
- Reliable, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
