Senior Office 365 Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office 365 Engineer to lead the technical implementation and management of Office 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, as well as tenant administration. This role demands deep expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions and significant experience in email administration, design and implementation of cloud-based technologies at an enterprise scale. Please note that the working hours for this position are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CEST. This role requires working in a hybrid mode from any office in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Poznan, Lodz) 3 times a week. Responsibilities * Engineer and implement Microsoft Office 365 solutions to fulfill company expansion needs * Provide tier 3 support for the comprehensive Microsoft Office 365 environment * Ensure production changes adhere to lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines * Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews and strategic initiatives * Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions tailored to compliance and business requirements * Address escalated issues related to messaging, collaboration and identity services * Collaborate with security, application and infrastructure teams to deliver cohesive integrated cloud solutions * Enhance documentation and operational standards while driving continuous service improvements Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred * 5+ years of work experience in relevant roles * Expertise in administering Microsoft Office 365 across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Active Directory and Azure environments * Background in managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP including security groups, load balancers, resource groups and networking * Experience configuring Azure resources like Virtual WAN, Route Tables, Application Gateway and Azure Policy * Proficiency in PowerShell and C# for automation and runbooks * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and service connections * Capability to deploy Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code tools (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep) * Knowledge of private endpoints, private DNS zones and large-scale configurations * Understanding of version control systems including Git and GitHub * Skills in Office 365 user, license and group management * Competency in security controls such as Azure Information Protection (AIP), DLP, Conditional Access and Advanced eDiscovery * Background in Active Directory, VMware, Storage, SQL Server and Backup & Recovery * Showcase of experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments * Qualifications in troubleshooting, problem management and technology solution design Nice to have * Certifications are preffered (365, Azure, DevOps) We offer We gather like-minded people: * Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization * Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture * Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland * Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually * Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: * Career development programs * Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs * Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) * English classes We cover it all: * Stable pay * Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount * Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) * Referral bonuses up to $2,000 * Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more * Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: * Benefits listed above are available to employees only * We are open for working with Contractors.
