Senior or Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Meta & Google

As a Senior or Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the Meta & Google platforms, you will become part of our performance marketing agency in Kiel or work remotely. Our focus is on building and scaling online shops and lead generation. We operate as a boutique agency, meaning we don't just process a number of clients, but have selected clients for whom we give our all and take the time.

If you are motivated and qualified, this position can also take on the role of Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement sustainable paid social strategies and campaigns on Meta, Google, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• You will be responsible for a minimum six-figure monthly marketing budget and make independent decisions.
• As a reinforcement for our team, you will help with the planning and implementation of all performance marketing activities, as well as with increasing revenue and customer acquisition for our clients.
• You will develop concepts and create briefings for creatives for our Brand & Design team as well as content creators.
• You will develop our clients consultatively, strategically, and sustainably. They are your daily business, where you independently manage quality assurance and monitoring processes and derive the right recommendations for action from them.
• You will proactively contribute new approaches and ideas to further expand existing channels and clients and to tap into new channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social and managing at least €100,000 in ad spend per year.
• You have experience in Creative Strategy and Direct Response Ads.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas, are strong in communication, highly customer-oriented, and possess very good analytical and conceptual skills.
• You enjoy working hands-on and setting new standards to ensure the quality of your work at all times.
• In addition to fluent German, you also have good English skills.
• "No Bullshit!" You are capable of pitching ideas to large clients and leading them.
