As Senior or Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for the platforms Meta & Google, you will be part of our performance marketing agency in Kiel or work Remote. Our focus lies on building and scaling online shops and lead generation. We work as a boutique agency, which means we don't work with a large number of customers, but have selected customers for whom we give everything and take the time.

If you're interested and qualified, this role can also take on the function of Teamlead.

Aufgaben

• You develop and implement sustainable Paid Social strategies and campaigns on Meta, Google, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• You are responsible for a minimum of 6-figure monthly marketing budget and make independent decisions.
• As a reinforcement of our team, you help with the planning and implementation of all performance marketing activities, as well as revenue growth and customer acquisition for our customers.
• You develop concepts and briefings for Creatives for our Brand & Design Team and Content Creator*ines.
• You develop strategically and sustainably our customers. They are your daily business, where you independently manage quality assurance and monitoring processes and derive the right recommendations from them.
• You bring proactive new approaches and ideas to expand existing channels and customer bases and unlock new channels.

Qualifikation

• Mind. 3 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social and mind. 100,000€ Ad spend per year managed.
• You have experience in Creative Strategy and Direct Response Ads.
• You are able to quickly get familiar with new topic areas, are communication-strong, handle customer-oriented and possess very good analytical and conceptual skills.
• You work hands-on and set new standards to ensure the quality of your work.
• You possess besides solid German also good English skills.
• „No Bullshit!“, you are able to pitch big customers' ideas and lead them.
