Our NSW team is seeking a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to come on board in the Central Coast! This role will be pivotal in helping to build our Central Coast presence. You will be well supported remotely by the NSW State Manager and wider leadership team.

- Manage a caseload and deliver participant-centred therapy programs
- Assess functional capacity and provide evidence-based interventions
- Develop participant goals and recommend environmental adaptations including assistive technology
- Mentor and guide junior clinicians
- Build specialised expertise in areas of interest
- Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
- 2+ years’ experience (direct NDIS experience – highly regarded)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Honesty, integrity and a positive approach.
