We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist (2yrs+ exp) to come on board and join our team in Perth, where are dedicated to career development and supporting you to reach your full potential!

The role involves:

• Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes
• Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
• Leadership opportunities including providing internal presentations
• Provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology
• Providing professional guidance/mentoring to junior clinicians

About You:

• Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
• 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Exceptional communication + time management skills, detail oriented
• Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
