Are you a neuro affirming practitioner with a passion for paediatrics and a heart for community?
This highly reputable Paediatric Allied Health clinic is a hidden gem tucked away in the Hinterland region of the Sunshine Coast. A medium sized practice made up of 15 multidisciplinary therapists, you can be sure to feel supported in this fun and collaborative work space.
You will work in a hybrid role (mix of clinic and community settings) with a paediatric caseload tailored to your interest area. In addition to your caseload responsibilities, you will also provide clinical supervision to two junior OT's and work with the Director on quality improvement and professional development training sessions. These additional responsibilities are all considered alongside your caseload, to ensure work/life balance.

- Salaries starting at $100,000 - $115,000 + Super depending on your experience
- Paediatric Caseload, Hybrid role (tailored to your preference)
- Flexible Working Options & Client-first focus approach
You will work in a hybrid role (mix of clinic and community settings) with a paediatric caseload tailored to your interest area. In addition to your caseload responsibilities, you will also provide clinical supervision to two junior OT's and work with the Director on quality improvement and professional development training sessions. These additional responsibilities are all considered alongside your caseload, to ensure work/life balance.

- Focus on quality therapy sessions, not quantity. 5 billable hours is a maximum target for experienced clinicians

- Work laptop provided
- A positive, caring and collaborative team culture - get together for weekly peer supervision (and cake)
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- 4 years post graduate experience
- AHPRA Registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
