About the Role
Step into a senior pathway position supporting clients across the stunning Lakes District. Based in Taupō, you'll blend community and clinic work while guiding best-practice rehabilitation outcomes.
This role suits a clinician ready to progress into leadership, you'll have dedicated protected time for supervision, mentoring and service development, alongside hands-on practice.
Expect a diverse caseload spanning ACC contracts, private rehabilitation, and injury-prevention programmes, offering career variety and meaningful impact in a high-demand region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across vocational rehabilitation, serious injury, concussion and pain services
- Complete functional and vocational assessments to support return-to-work and recovery outcomes
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in clinic and community settings
- Contribute to corporate wellbeing and injury-prevention programmes
- Maintain high standars of clinical reasoning, documentation and outcome-focused practice
Skills and Experience
- Minimum two years' experience delivering ACC-funded rehabilitation
- Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
- Full, clean New Zealand driver licence
- New Zealand residency or valid visa/work rights
- Confidence working independently in community settings
