Senior Occupational Therapist

Job Description We are expanding our team in Alexandria and Surrounds! We would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community. We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists with over 3 years' experience that are looking for full time or part time roles. In this role you will: Manage your own diverse caseload, tailoring therapy to each participant’s unique goals. Complete comprehensive assessments using various tools and techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with participants, families, and other healthcare professionals. Provide ongoing support and education to participants, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for participants. Participate in regular case conferences to review participant progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatments, and outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services. Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research in occupational therapy.
