As a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will be responsible for: • Leading and managing a team of Nursery Practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. • Developing and implementing educational strategies that meet the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs. • Ensuring that all rooms are well-planned, resourced and maintained to provide a stimulating environment for children. • Building strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure that they are kept informed about their child's progress and development. • Collaborating with other Senior Room Leaders and the Centre Manager to develop and implement centre-wide policies and procedures. • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, including observations, assessments and reports. • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practice in early years education.
