Senior Non-Functional Test Engineer @ DCG Sp. z o.o

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience) 7 years of experience in testing, including 5 years in non-functional testing Strong ability to manage and execute non-functional testing in complex, large-scale programs Ability to work independently and within distributed teams Experience in defining and rolling out processes and standards Strong experience in performance testing and engineering using tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, Gatling, and Selenium Ability to analyze and interpret test results, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git Strong understanding of software development life cycles and the role of non-functional testing within them Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
