Senior Night Care Assistant

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Night Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the Care Assistants in their daily tasks, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all care and support is delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures. ABOUT THE TEAM You'll be part of a close-knit team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You'll work closely with the Deputy General Manager and other colleagues to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support. ABOUT THE CANDIDATE We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You'll need to be able to work flexibly and be available to work at short notice. You'll also need to be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
