Planning and Coordination:

·       Coordinating project implementations from identifying and analyzing locations to putting them into operation. Ensure planning, execution, and closure of projects installing charging stations, respecting deadlines, budget, and quality requirements.

·       Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards during infrastructure installation (including on-site visits).

Obtaining Authorizations (Permitting):

·       Coordinating subcontractors responsible for obtaining the Technical Connection Permit (ATR); preparing and submitting necessary documentation to obtain permits and authorizations.

·       Tracking and validating key stages in the connection process, from ATR request to contract signing and project completion.

·       Monitoring the status of connection works and deadlines, intervening promptly in case of delays or blockages.

·       Monitoring compliance with local and national legislation regarding charging station installation and operation.

·       Ensuring coherence and correlation between design, approval, and execution activities through good communication between subcontractors and internal teams;

·       Reporting periodically to management on connection status, identified risks, and corrective measures.

·       Coordinating with internal departments (IT, logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure synchronization of activities and company objectives.

·       Coordinating with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deliveries and services are realized in accordance with requirements and established deadlines.

·       Familiarizing yourself with and respecting internal procedures regarding safety, quality, and efficient operation of charging stations, to respect industry regulations and standards.

·       Monitoring and reporting maintenance risks, implementing corrective measures and prevention plans.
