Tech /BE/ MCA Required Certifications (if any) Must have: CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4 Good to have: F5, ITIL V4, AWS Certifications Work Shift 24x7 (Rotational Shift) Desired Profile Prior Experience interms of number of years and roles & Responsibilities Years of Experience: 4 – 5 years Must have: 4 years of 24*7 Production support experience in managing complex network infrastructure across different hardware platforms supporting global customers 4 years of Exp in Firewall configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance. Strong understanding of Network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, SSL/TLS, SSH, Telnet, RDP, VNC, etc. Proficiency in network management tools like Cisco Works, SolarWinds, Nagios, HP OpenView, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
