Senior Network Engineer (ID: 3151)

Job description

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will:

Perform network configuration changes and service requests in compliance with strict customer change management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with OEM providers to identify and fix issues.
Provide proactive recommendations and develop scripts to automate network tasks across LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS, and DHCP services.
Coordinate with application owners to assess and fulfill bandwidth requirements for new link commissioning.
Work with local ISPs to deploy new internet and WAN links.
Execute iOS upgrades and downgrades on switches, routers, and WLAN devices.
Deliver full support for Major Incident Management (MIM) and provide detailed Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for major failures as part of Problem Management.

What You Bring to the Table:

8–10 years of hands-on experience in network operations and performance management.
Strong technical expertise in Cisco Meraki, Cisco NAC, Fortinet, and SD-WAN technologies.
Proven experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and service request management.
Proficiency in scripting for network task automation.
Solid background in managing LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS, and DHCP services.

You should possess the ability to:

Work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage incidents with minimal downtime.
Collaborate across teams and external providers to ensure seamless network operations.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
