Senior Network Engineer

Job Description The role is to ensure the overall health of the network environment. The position is responsible for overseeing network management—including LAN, WAN, and WLAN—as well as WAFS, F5, and related infrastructure within a dynamic environment. The role also includes handling firewall requests for systems managed by Deloitte Global Technology Services. The role requires working within a team environment as well as independently with the emphasis on quality. As a senior team member, the role is expected to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant security policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have experience in network management, including configuration and troubleshooting of network devices, routers, and switches. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other related protocols is required. Familiarity with WAFS, F5, and related infrastructure is also necessary. The role will involve working closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies into the existing network environment. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
