As a Senior Netsuite Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Netsuite ERP system, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our ERP solution, and you will be working closely with our IT and business teams to achieve this. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain Netsuite ERP system to meet business needs • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure ERP solution meets requirements • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support • Provide expert-level support and training to end-users • Stay up-to-date with Netsuite product developments and best practices • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system and processes • Ensure ERP system is secure, compliant, and meets regulatory requirements • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the ERP solution and overall business processes. What You'll Need: • 5+ years of experience in Netsuite implementation, configuration, and customization • Strong understanding of Netsuite functionality and capabilities • Experience with Netsuite scripting and customization • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Experience with Agile project management methodologies • Certification in Netsuite or equivalent is highly desirable • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Strong understanding of business processes and operations • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies • Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure • Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
