Senior .NET Developer

Your Role: Building with Impact
As the in-house sole developer (approximately 80% backend / 20% frontend), you will take full technical ownership of the in-house software environment. However, you are certainly not alone: you will work closely with a strong IT Business Analyst who delivers functional analyses with precision. This way, you won't waste time on stakeholder management and can focus on what you love most: building excellent applications. For complex architectural questions or a quick sparring session, you can also always rely on their reliable external IT partner.

What will you do specifically?

• You will independently develop and implement new features throughout the entire software environment (from backend to frontend).
• You will translate functional analyses into performant, user-friendly applications that are used daily by the various departments.
• You will build seamless integrations between different business systems.
• AI Mindset: You will closely follow the latest tech trends and actively use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor to make your workflow smarter and more efficient. You will use AI as a powerful tool, but always maintain a critical view of the output.

Your Profile
Not just any developer, but an innovative builder who derives satisfaction from technical challenges and prioritizes quality.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a full-stack .NET developer.
• You have at least 2 years of experience with projects for which you were end-to-end responsible (from analysis to delivery).
• You maintain strong 'engineering hygiene' (Git, Unit & Integration testing, CI/CD).
• You understand the principles behind a service bus architecture (asynchronous communication, pub/sub, retry, idempotency).
• You are strong in communication and speak fluent Dutch.

• Salary: A market-conform gross monthly salary between € 3,500 and € 4,500 (depending on experience).
