A leading Managed Services Provider is looking for a Senior Microsoft Engineer to join their technical team. This fully remote role focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, infrastructure support, cloud projects, security, and advanced technical escalations across multiple client environments Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level Microsoft support and troubleshooting Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and hybrid environments Lead migrations, deployments, and cloud transformations Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal use and customer-facing materials Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services and solutions Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate level Provide expert-level guidance and training to junior engineers and other stakeholders
