WHAT YOU DO

• You develop and animate video ads and social formats in After Effects – from typo animation to complex, multi-layered scenes – and edit them in Premiere Pro in a way that is effective for advertising.

• You combine filmed material with generated elements: masking, rotoscoping, tracking, keying until the transition is seamless.

• You use generative tools where they make the result better or faster, and you know their limitations: consistency across sequences, typography, brand representation. You build the workflows for this yourself.

• You provide input to the team – new techniques, tools, workflows – and show colleagues how they work.

• You work closely with performance, creative, and production teams and indicate early on if a briefing is not feasible as is or could be improved.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Several years of experience as a Motion Designer at a senior level. You master After Effects up to complex animations: keyframing, expressions, typo animation are part of your daily routine.

• Compositing is a craft for you, not an exception: rotoscoping, tracking, keying, and the clean integration of generated or filmed elements into footage.

• Proficient editing in Premiere Pro with a sense for the timing and dramaturgy of advertising formats.

• One to three real projects where you have used generative video or image tools or AI compositing workflows. We will ask about them in the interview and want to see the work.

• You contribute proactively, share knowledge, and don't wait for assignments to improve things.

• Very good German and good English.
