As a (Senior) Motion & Graphic Designer (m/f/x), you will be part of our Marketing team, which we are currently expanding to 6 people, and report to our Head of Marketing. The open role arises from the need for higher production speed for fresh, channel-appropriate assets. What makes us as a team: Fast implementation instead of long approval loops, short decision-making paths, and plenty of room to try out and directly implement new ideas, formats, and AI tools.

Your Mission

Creative Production & Asset Ownership

• Hands-on creation of visual marketing assets for Paid Performance, Website, CRM, and Print – from ads and social creatives to website visuals and other marketing materials

• Production and further development of video and graphic assets with a focus on fast, performance-oriented implementation

• Ensuring a consistent visual brand identity across all channels

• Support with smaller design adjustments in tools like Webflow

Paid Creative, Content Support & Design Systems

• Development and implementation of creative concepts for different channels and target audiences, including social-native video formats and ad creatives for Meta and Native Ads

• Collaboration with Performance Marketing for the development, iteration, and optimization of creatives

• Translation of current social media formats and marketing trends into relevant creatives

• Use of AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and variant development

• Further development of templates, design systems, and creative libraries

• Thorough implementation in layout, typography, and visual design across all assets

Your Talent

• Training or degree in graphic design, media design, communication design, or comparable qualification with a relevant portfolio

• Several years of experience in a digital business model, an agency, or a fast-paced startup

• Enjoyment in quickly transforming ideas into finished marketing assets

• Experience in creating digital and physical marketing assets (graphics & video) for various channels (Paid Ads, Website, CRM, and Print) as well as a good feel for design principles

• Proficient in Figma and ideally Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)

• Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a high degree of personal responsibility

• A structured, solution-oriented approach with which you independently think through problems from identification to implementation

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
