Senior Motion Designer*in - Social Content & Reels (all genders)

Aufgaben

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You create viral Social-Content-Pieces, which people like, comment on, share – on TikTok, Instagram & Co.
• You develop Ideas & Concepts, which take off – from trend snippet to campaign moment.
• You work closely with Social Media Management & Concept together to turn insights into stories that function.
• You edit, cut, animate – and know how to make seconds of attention.
• You recognize Trends, before they land in the feed, and bring them directly to the team.
• You coach other creators, give feedback, and set the Quality Standard

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in Social- or Content-Creation-Bereich (agency, brand, creator).
• You know how viral content is created – Timing, Hook, Cut, Platform Logic are your craft.
• Safe handling with Premiere, After Effects, CapCut & Co.
• You think in Stories, Formats & KPIs – and make content that performs.
• You work eigenständig, stay cool under pressure, and have a desire to bring the team forward.
• Bonus: Experience at shootings or in direction on set? We'll take it!
