Senior Mold Designer

Our client is a multinational industrial group operating in the biomedical sector. For our Mirandola (MO) office, we are selecting a SENIOR MOLD DESIGNER FOR PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING The resource, inserted in the technical office within the Injection Molding department, will manage the mechanical design of molds for plastic injection molding of medical devices. In detail, it will be responsible for: -Caring for the mechanical design of molds, except for those already designed; -Designing and developing new molds for existing products; -Collaborating with the production team to ensure that the molds are suitable for mass production; -Participating in the development of new products and processes; -Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in mold design, and proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks or Catia). Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and medical device manufacturing is also required.
