This is what you will achieve
In the position of Senior Modern Workplace Engineer (m/f/d), you will manage our existing IT infrastructure with a focus on Modern Workplace Management for Switzerland. You will be responsible for the further development and operation of our workplace platforms and will work closely with our IT support teams and internal stakeholders. Your tasks include:
Workplace Management You will manage our implemented solutions (Microsoft Intune, SCCM) and be the technical point of contact for our 1st-level IT supporters. You will manage both our existing SCCM environment and modern cloud management solutions based on Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, and guide the transformation towards a modern, cloud-based workplace.
Processes and Standards You will understand the group's specifications and implement them in your region. You will develop best practices and document your processes to sustainably improve our workplace landscape.
Project Management You will contribute to the further development of our solutions by participating in national and international project groups.
This will make your start easier
Completed IT education (EFZ or higher) and more than 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft Workplace (Intune/SCCM) and in the automation of IT processes
Structured and target group-oriented communication of technical content, as well as experience in creating and conducting presentations and reports
Independent, structured way of working and the ability to inspire internal teams
Willingness to travel for occasional business trips (approx. once a quarter within Europe) and enjoyment of international collaboration
Very good German and good English language skills
